Renovation of an apartment in the 15th arrondissement of Paris
ITALY RENOVATION is pleased to present its latest achievement: the complete renovation of an apartment, located in a Haussmannian building in the 15th arrondissement of Paris . The owner's wish is to completely renovate the apartment she purchased. The renovation work took place from March to April 2024.
Project implementation by ITALY RENOVATION
Our client hired us to completely renovate her apartment that she just bought. We had to take into account all her needs. In this project, she is a young woman and it was essential to find the best quality/price ratio while having a designer and elegant apartment at the same time.
The first step of this renovation project was the protection of the common areas and the ground with an adhesive tarpaulin placed on the ground.
Then we took down the entire apartment : kitchen, bathroom, flooring and electrical/plumbing.
To renovate this apartment , in the kitchen, we laid cement tiles on the floor and installed a new gray-green Ikea kitchen complete with appliances. Then, we sanded and varnished the oak parquet flooring in the living room and bedrooms.
In the bathroom , we made the floor waterproof and laid wall and floor tiles.
We also installed a new bathtub, a washbasin unit , a marble-effect worktop , a towel dryer, and fitted a new ultra-flat water heater .
Finally, we also replaced the old toilet with a wall-hung toilet support frame.

The renovation work carried out in this apartment in the 15th arrondissement of Paris also includes the installation of all electrical and plumbing elements, as well as painting work.
Final result
The renovation has transformed this pretty apartment in Paris 15th, making it elegant, bright and modern!
