Renovation of a studio in the 20th arrondissement of Paris
ITALY RENOVATION is pleased to present its latest achievement: the complete renovation of a studio, located in the 20th arrondissement of Paris . The owner's wish was to completely renovate the property he purchased as a rental investment. The renovation work took place from January to February 2024.
Project implementation by ITALY RENOVATION
Our client hired us to completely renovate his studio that he just bought as a rental investment. We had to take into account all his needs. In this project, he is a young active person. It was therefore essential to find the best quality/price ratio while having a designer and modern apartment.
The first step of this renovation project was the protection of the common areas and the ground with an adhesive tarpaulin placed on the ground.
Then we took down the entire apartment : kitchen, bathroom, flooring and electrical/plumbing.
Regarding the renovation of this studio , we installed a new Ikea kitchen complete with household appliances and then laid new oak parquet flooring in the living room.
In the bathroom , we made the floor waterproof and installed wall/floor tiles and a false ceiling complete with LED spotlights .
We also installed a new shower, a sink unit, a cabinet with mirror, a towel dryer, and installed a new ultra-flat water heater.
Finally, we also replaced the old toilet with a wall-hung toilet support frame.

The renovation work carried out in this studio in the 20th arrondissement of Paris also includes the installation of all electrical and plumbing elements, as well as painting work.
Final result
The renovation transformed this pretty studio in Paris 20th into a small, elegant, comfortable and modern living space : ideal for a student or young professional. The client is fully satisfied with the result!
